Ich vermiete meine schöne, gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Schöneberg von Mitte Februar bis Mitte April. Im Haus gibt es einen Aufzug, allerdings gibt es bis zur Haustür ein paar Stufen und das Haus ist dadurch nicht barrierefrei. Es gibt ein sehr sonniges circa 24m² großes Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Balkon. Die Küche befindet sich in einem kleinen extra Zimmer und das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne und leider kein Tageslicht - ist daher etwas dunkel, mit Licht aber kein Problem. In der Regel ist es sehr ruhig hier im Haus, allerdings wird gerade mit einem Hausbau vor dem Balkon begonnen und es kann dadurch in nächster Zeit eventuell etwas lauter werden. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, in der Küche gibt es eine Waschmaschine und es sollte sich alles finden, was man für den Alltag braucht :)
I'm renting out my beautiful, cozy 1 room apartment in Schöneberg from mid February until mid April. There's a lift in the house but also a small staircase in front of the house so it's not barrier-free. It comes with a very sunny, 24sqm bed- and living room with a big balcony. The kitchen is in another small room and the bathroom comes with a bathtub and no daylight - it's therefor a bit dark however no problem with the bulb. In general it's really quiet in the house however they just started building a new house in front of the balcony so I can't guarentee that anymore. The flat is fully furnished, you'll find a washing machine in the kitchen and there shoud be everything you'll need for daily life :)
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Teil Schönebergs, unweit des Rathauses. Die U4 und U7 sind in circa 4 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso U9 und die Ringbahn sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich nicht sehr zentral, ist damit aber sehr gut angebunden. Es gibt einen Nahkauf direkt neben der Tür, was natürlich auch sehr praktisch ist und der schöne Volkspark Wilmersdorf ist ebenso in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
You'll find the flat in a quiet area in Schöneberg close by the Rathaus. In around 4 minutes you'll reach an Ubahn stop for U7 and U4 plus U9 and Ringbahn are also in walkable distance. The flat isn't located very central however with the different metro and S-Bahn stops well connected. There's a supermarket (nahkauf) right next door and a beautiful, long parc close by.
Schreibt mir hier eine Nachricht mit ein paar Worten zu euch und dann lade ich euch gerne für eine Besichtigung ein. Mir ist wichtig, dass mit der Wohnung gut umgegangen wird und es wäre schön, wenn meine wenigen Pflanzen gegossen werden könnten :) Die Miete für einen Monat mit allem inklusive beträgt 600€ und ich würde eine Kaution von 300€ nehmen.
