Zur Wohnung:
Sie hat einen sehr guten Schnitt und wirkt somit sehr großzügig.
Außerdem hat sie hohe Wände und Stuck.
Die Wohnung ist trotz der Lage sehr ruhig, da sie zum Hinterhof gelegen ist.
In der Wohnung ist alles komplett vorhanden:
Futon, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Sofa...
In der Küche gibt es einen Esstisch, Kühlschrank, Herd und Waschmaschine und alles was ihr sonst braucht.
außerdem steht euch Internet zur verfügung.

Zentrale Lage im Stadtteil Schöneberg gleich in der Nähe des Rathauses.
In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie das Stadtbad Schöneberg und eine Bibliothek. Außerdem ist man schnell im Akazienkiez, wo es viele Cafe´s, Bars und Restaurantes gibt.
ca. 2 Gehminuten zum Schöneberger Park.
