Wir wohnen in einer 3 Zimmer Wohnung und sind für 1-2 Monate im Ausland. Würden unsere 2 Zimmer mit den privaten Sachen abschließen und den Rest der Wohnung als möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung (25 qm Zimmer mit Balkon, Küche, Bad) untervermieten: 1 Monat 975€, 2 Monate 1950€.
We live in a 3 room apartment and are 1-2 month abroad. We would close our private stuff in 2 of the rooms and would like to sublet the rest of the apartment as a fully furnished 1-room-apartment (25 sqm room with balcony, kitchen, bathroom): 1 month 975€, 2 months 1950€.
Unsere Wohnung ist in Schöneberg, wo Marlene Dietrich aufwuchs und Kennedy "Ich bin ein Berliner" sagte. Sie ist in der 5. Etage (mit Aufzug) & hat eine tolle Aussicht. In der Nähe gibt's viele Cafés, Restaurants & Geschäften. 3 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn (Linie U7 - Eisenacherstr.)
Our apartment is located in Schöneberg, where Marlene Dietrich grew up and Kennedy said "Ich bin ein Berliner!". It's on the 5th floor (with lift) and has a great view. Nearby are a lot of cafés, restaurants and shops. 3 minutes by walk to the metro (Line U7 – Eisenacherstr.)
Küche (Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Tisch, Stühle, Schränke, usw.) und Bad (Badewanne, Spiegelschrank, Waschmaschine) steht zur Verfügung. Auch Kissen, Decken, Laken, Handtücher und viele Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden.
Kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, table, chairs, etc.) and the bathroom (bathtub, mirror, washing machine) are available. Also pillows, covers, sheets, towels and a lot of kitchen utensil can be used.
