I am looking for a good person or couple who, who will take care of the apartment, while I am abroad.
It has a spacious living / bedroom area with a comfortable double bed ( size 140 X200) and a sofa. Kitchen, with dishwasher, coffee machine, juicing machine, microwave - all you need to relax and enjoy.
Middle of Schöneberg, easy reach to every location in Berlin.
Enumoroous authentic and cozy cafes for working and have lovely dinner just around the corner.
At the same time my street is quite and green in summer.
Akazienstraße is just 3 minutes walking.
KaDeWe and Kudamm - 25 minutes by foot.,
Perfect transport connection:
U7 Eisenacher Str and U7 Kleistpark - 3 minutes walking
S1, U4, U2, U3, U9 - all within 10 minutes walking
I am renting out the apartment from the 1st of March. Move-in earlier is also possible.
Currently for 8 month, prolongation will be quite likely.
