Hey there, I’m leaving my apartment for 1 1/2 months to visit my famiily in Latin America.
My 28m2 studio is available for one person as of May 10th until June 25th. The cold rent per month is 586€ plus 150€ utility/furniture fee and 30€ for the internet.
The apartment is located near U Nollendorfplatz (U1, U2, U3, U4) and KaDeWe.
The next grocery store is only 6 min away by foot. The apartment comes fully furnished with a cozy bed and a big wardrobe where you can put your personal belongings in.
The apartment is on the ground floor in the backyard and separated from the other apartments, so its really quiet there.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, electric kettle and all the kitchen amenities. You can also use the washing machine with drying function as much as you need.
You can get natural light through the window next to the door. The bathroom has a small shower which already comes with the needed supplies.
The apartment has an intercom with door opener for the main entrance to the building.
