I going for a sabbatical and searching reliable person to subrent my whole flat for 4 months from February to the end of May 2023. Preffered move in date as soon as possible, the latest starting date from the 1st of Feb ( until 31th-May 2023, further extension could be possible).

The apartment is located on a calm street, in a backyard (Hinterhaus), on a second floor in the area of Tempelhof.
Good location, well connected, U-bahn (U6) is just in a 5-7 minutes walk .
Good infrastructure around (shopping center, cafes, park). Close to Tempelhofer Feld.

The flat has a big room, which is bedroom and living room,
entry hall, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment has a big bed, comfortable matress, table working /dining, chairs, TV, comfortale couch, flowers, PCscreen, when needed for work, mirros , shelves, yoga mat.

The kitchen is well-equipped and you can use all the products. It has oven, fridge, blender, coffe maker and coffe machine.

I will leave all the furniture, equipment, and accessories, so the flat is fully to move in and start living :)

You will get access to high-speed Internet.

The price includes everything, no additional costs. The deposit is : 1000€
