Hey, I'm subletting my cozy place over easter. There is everything you need plus plants and instruments :)
You can stay alone or with two people, unfortunately no pets allowed.
I'm leaving around 1pm on the 06. of April and returning in the evening around 11pm on the 13. of April.
If these times don't align with your plans I can arrange a friend for pick-up and drop-off of the keys.
The apartment is a 6-minute walk from the next Ubahn station, you get everywhere within 30-40 minutes. If you just want to chill, you can walk to the Tempelhofer Feld which is my favorite place in Berlin.
I would appreciate it if you could send half of the rent in advance because I've had so many last-minute cancellations in the past.
