There is a big Commercial Center and hotel recently opened, (Moa Bogen with big EDEKA inside, at the corner of Perleberger and Birkenstrasse), and alot of supermarkets around with very good prices, also Hellweg and Lidl in Quitzowstrasse.
U-Bahn of Birkenstrasse is very near, at only 7 min. walking. S-Bahn Westhafen is quite near, at 12 min walking.
The TV apparat has also an enclosed DVD reader.
The apartment is all furnished and fully equiped.
There are two bikes and a nice terrace.
Price per month is 500 € with all the utility bills included.
