Situation: I will have one room free in my apartment. I plan to be travelling between B and another city most of this time, so you will be able to use it most of the time as a single apartment :)
The room: bright and quiet with two large windows and furnished with a bed, nightstand, lamps, and plenty of storage, as well as some happy plants.
Working: There is an electric standing desk with large monitor and ergonomic chair you can use, and good wifi.
Amenities: The kitchen has a stove/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, table and chairs, and plenty of space to cook, while the bathroom has a shower and full-size bathtub.

Ich werde demnächst ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung frei haben. Ich werde zwischen B und einer anderen Stadt pendeln, sodass du es größtenteils wie eine Einzimmerwohnung nutzen kannst :)
Das Zimmer: Hell und ruhig mit zwei großen Fenstern, möbliert mit einem Bett, Nachttisch, Lampen und viel Stauraum sowie einigen fröhlichen Pflanzen.
Arbeitsplatz: Es gibt einen elektrischen Stehschreibtisch mit großem Monitor und ergonomischem Stuhl, den du nutzen kannst, sowie eine gute WLAN-Verbindung.
Ausstattung: Die Küche verfügt über einen Herd/Backofen, Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine, Tisch und Stühle sowie viel Platz zum Kochen. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und eine Badewanne in Normalgröße.

The apartment is on a quiet street near a park.
Köllnische Heide (S45, S46, S47, bus M41) and Baumschulenweg (S9, S8, S85, S45, S46, S47, and busses 170, 265, 365, N70) means excellent connections to anywhere in the city, as well as the airport. Both are around 10 minutes walk away.
Nearby is everything you need including groceries, cafés, bakery, pharmacy etc...

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße in der Nähe eines Parks.
Köllnische Heide (S45, S46, S47, Bus M41) und Baumschulenweg (S9, S8, S85, S45, S46, S47 sowie Busse 170, 265, 365, N70) sorgen für ausgezeichnete Verbindungen in die gesamte Stadt sowie zum Flughafen. Beide sind etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
In nächster Umgebung Einkaufsstraße mit allem was man braucht und Supermärkte, Cafés, Bäckerei, DM, Friseur....
