Die Wohnung hat 45m² und ist ein frisch sanierte Altbau im 1.OG im ruhigen Hinterhaus. Die Wohnung hat schöne Holzdielen und eine kleine charmante Küchenecke.
Das Bad hat eine Dusche und einen beheizten Handtuchhalter. Küche ist auch in einem extra Raum. Voll ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Ofen und Waschmaschine. Das Schlafzimmer gibts ein sehr bequemes 160 x 200 cm Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank.

The flat is a 345m² Altbau with modern fittings, located on the 1th floor. The flat is located in the back courtyard and gets plenty of sun. The back courtyard is very peaceful.
The living/bedroom has a comfortable double bed, sofa, coffee table, clothes rail and sideboard (towels and sheets available if required). The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and washing machine. It has also a table with two chairs. The bathroom includes a shower and a heated towel rack.
The flat is available from August 27th until September 27th only. Shorter stay is possible.

You also have many public transport choices nearby: 8 minutes walk to U8 / U9 Osloer Str.,
7 minutes walk to Tram and directly the flat is a bus station.
You can also easily cycle to other areas in Berlin. Close is Prenzlauer Berg- 10 min Schönhauser Allee or 15 min U Eberswalder Str.
