ich biete meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich im August verreist bin. Die Wohnung ist derzeit noch unmöbliert, aber bis zum Einzug werde ich sicherstellen, dass alles Wichtige vorhanden ist. Bitte sei dir bewusst, dass die Wohnung möglicherweise noch nicht perfekt eingerichtet ist, aber ich werde mein Bestes tun, um sie gemütlich zu gestalten.

Da keine Anmeldung möglich ist, wäre es hilfreich, wenn du dich bei Fragen als verwandtes Familienmitglied ausgibst, um unnötige Anfragen zu vermeiden.

Die Warmmiete beträgt 750€ inklusive aller Kosten, und zusätzlich wird eine Kaution in Höhe von 500€ fällig, die bei Rückgabe der Schlüssel selbstverständlich erstattet wird. Die Zahlung sollte in bar erfolgen.

-1 Zimmer, Flur, Küche, Bad
-Ruhige Gegend mit viel Tageslicht
-Zentrale Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung (in der Nähe von S Gesundbrunnen und S Bornholmer Str)
-Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Märkte sind in der Nähe.

I am offering my apartment for subletting in August, as I will be away on vacation. Currently, the apartment is unfurnished, but I will make sure to provide all the essentials before your move-in. Please understand that it may not be perfectly furnished yet, but I'll do my best to make it comfortable.

As registration is not possible, it would be helpful if you pretend to be a related family member when asked any questions to avoid unnecessary inquiries.

The total rent including all utilities is 750€, and a security deposit of 500€ will be required, which will be refunded upon return of the keys. Payment should be made in cash.

-Quiet area with plenty of natural light
-Central location with good transportation connections (near S Gesundbrunnen and S Bornholmer Str)
