ich biete im Zentrum von Berlin eine Einzimmerwohnung. Es handelt sich um eine Zwischenmiete. die Wohnung ist ab 29.Apr - 28. Juni verfügbar. Voll mobiliert. Wer Interesse hat für diesen Zeitraum, kann der nur seinen Koffer mitbringen und der Rest ist alles hier. ich bitte nur ein Person, der nicht in der Wohnung raucht und kein Party macht. Die Wohnung ist in der ruhige Lage. Deswegen suche ich nur ein Person, sehr ruhig bleibt. falls jemand Interesse hat, schreibe einfach Nachricht. Weitere Information und Bilder schicke per Nachricht. Die monatliche Miete ist 1000€ warm. Eine Kaution 500€. Kann man ich kurzfristig hier bleiben. sehr flexibel. Alle öffentliche Verkehr findet man in weniger Minuten.
