Hey, ich bin vom 24.05.-18.06.24 im Ausland und würde für den Zeitraum gerne meine Wohnung im Brüsseler Kiez im Wedding vermieten.
Die Kosten für den gesamten Zeitraum wären 640€ und da sind sämtliche Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung, GEZ, Internet, usw.) mit eingeschlossen.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit allen wichtigen Dingen zum Leben, bis auf eine Waschmaschine konnte ich leider noch nicht besorgen, weil ich auch erst vor Kurzem eingezogen bin (es gibt aber einen Waschsalon sehr nahe an der Wohnung dran).
Ich würde eine Kaution von 500€ verlangen, die sofort wieder zurück gezahlt wird, sobald ich zurück bin und alles mit der Wohnung passt. Eine Anmeldung kann ich leider nicht anbieten.

Hey, I'll be abroad from May 24th to June 18th and would like to rent out my apartment in Brüsseler Kiez in Wedding for the period.
The cost for the entire period would be €640 and that includes all additional costs (electricity, heating, GEZ, internet, etc.).
The apartment is fully furnished with all the important things for life, except for a washing machine, which I unfortunately haven't been able to get yet because I only recently moved in (but there is a laundromat very close to the apartment).
I would ask for a deposit of €500, which would be paid back immediately as soon as I am back and everything is fine with the apartment. Unfortunately I cannot offer registration.
Die Lage ist super, direkt zwischen Seestr. und Leopoldplatz hat man die U6, U9 und auch viele Busse und Trams nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt und ist somit gut überall hin angebunden. Alles zum täglichen Leben (Supermärkte, Shopping, Spätis, Apotheken, etc.) ist auch direkt vor der Tür.

The location is great, right between Seestr. and Leopoldplatz, the U6, U9 and many buses and trams are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment and you're therefore well connected to everywhere. Everything you need for daily life (supermarkets, shopping, late night restaurants, pharmacies, etc.) is also right outside the door.
