Helle, möblierte Einzimmerwohnung mit Balkon

Während ich Ende Januar für ein paar Wochen zu Hause in Australien bin, würde ich gerne meine wunderschöne Einzimmerwohnung im Wedding vermieten. Sie ist voll möbliert (Schlafcoach, Schrank, Bücherregal, Schreibtisch), inklusive Einbauküche (meine Küchenutensillien bleiben dort und Du kannst sie benutzen) und einer Waschmaschine. Es gibt genug Platz für eine Person oder ein Paar, plus einen tollen Balkon (samt Sonnenstühlen, lol). Die Wohnung ist ca. fünf Minuten von U-Bahn, Tramen und Bussen und Du kannst in 15 bis 20 Minuten in Mitte (Friedrichstraße) sein. Es gibt vier große Lebensmittelläden (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl und Real) direkt um die Ecke, genau wie einige wirklich coole Bioläden. Außerdem gibt es hier ein paar großartige Parks in der Umgebung. (Vielleicht nicht so wichtig im Winter, aber wer weiß.) Es ist eine tolle Wohnung in einem tollen Viertel Berlins - ruf mich an, wenn Du interessiert bist.


I'm going home to Australia at the end of January for a holiday, and have a beautiful one room apartment in Wedding to rent out while I am gone. Fully furnished (sofa-bed, cupboard, bookshelves, desk) with a built-in kitchen (all my cooking gear will be left for you to use), and a washing machine, there's enough space for one person or a couple, plus a beautiful balcony (deck chairs included, lol). The apartment is about 5 minutes away from the U-bahn, trams, and busses (U-bahnhof Seestr) and you can be in Mitte (Friedrichstraße) in 15-20 minutes. There are 4 major grocery stores (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, and Real) just around the corner, as well as a couple of really nice organic food stores, and there are a few really nice parks around as well (maybe not so important in winter, but you never know.) It's a great apartment and a great corner of Berlin - give me a call if you are interested!
