Hallo! Ich vermiete mein schönes Apartment für 6 Monate zur Zwischenmiete. Das Wohnheim ist sehr ruhig, da viele Familien hier wohnen. Es ist alles sehr neu und ich lasse den Großteil meiner Möbel (+ großer Sitzsackecke :)) in der Wohnung.Das Zimmer ist hell und Ihr habt eine eigene Küche und Bad. Waschmaschinen und Trockner stehen euch natürlich auch zur Verfügung. Das Wohnheim hat eine große schöne Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick über Berlin.
Es liegt direkt neben der Beuth Hochschule und der dem Virchow Klinikum. Die U-Bahn Station "Amrumer Str." und die Bushaltestelle sind wirklich direkt vor dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Durch die guten öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel seid ihr super schnell in der Stadt Mitte oder noch schnelle am Ring.
Zu euch: ihr solltet noch in der Ausbildung sein (weil Wohnheim ;)) d.h. Student (Praktikant z.b.). Natürlich nett und verlässlich. Frauen bevorzugt.
