I am going abroad and need to give up this cosy one-bedroom apartment. It has been renovated less than a year ago, comes fully furnished and is well fitted out with appliances and furnishings.
Aufgrund der hohen Wände erscheint sie auch wesentlich größer und ist sehr gemütlich, da sie zusätzlich saniert wurde. Wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, habe ich das Zimmer auch so ausgestattet, dass z.B. der Schrank keinen Platz verbraucht. Die Wohnung ist eine perfekte Singlewohnung, in der man auch mal zur Ruhe kommen kann - sie befindet sich nämlich im Hinterhof.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Wedding und ist 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn Nauener Platz (U9) entfernt, und 15 minuten von der U-Bahn Osloerstraße (U8). Es fährt ebenfalls 5 Minuten entfernt eine Tram. Als Einkaufsmöglichkeit habt ihr einen türkischen Markt in der Nähe, als auch einen Aldi und Netto in der selben Straße. Zudem könnt ihr auch in die Müllerstr. um euch dort auszustatten.
The kaution is rather high because there are nice things inside, and everything is new-ish – I am looking for someone who will look after the apartment well. Some flexibility in the moving-in dates are possible - it can be Jan 4th or sooner, but needs to be rented until end of February.
