Hallo zusammen!
Ich vermiete meine gemütliche, ruhige Ein- Zimmer Wohnung vom 01.03.24 - 28.02.25 in Berlin Mitte / Wedding befristet für ein Jahr. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 550 Euro.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss zum Innenhof und wurde vor fünf Jahren komplett neu renoviert und eingerichtet mit Einbauküche (Waschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Herd). Alle persönlichen Gegenstände sind aus der Wohnung entfernt.

Super Anbindung : 2 min Laufen zum U-Bahnhof Rehberge (U6) nach zwei Stationen Umstiegsmöglichkeit in die U9, 10 min zur Friedrichstraße, 15 Potsdamer Platz, ebenso zum Kurfürstendamm und Zoo logischen Garten (Zoo Berlin). 10 Minuten zur Humboldt-Uni und 20 Minuten zur Technischen Universität Berlin.

Die Gegend ist auch sehr grün, der Schillerpark ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt und der Volkspark Rehberge ist auch sehr nah.

In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsläden, Bars und Restaurants, die für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten haben.
Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Straße ebenfalls.

Die Wohnung wird möbliert übergeben und nur an eine Person vermietet und ist eine reine Nichtraucher Wohnung.

Eine Kaution von 1100 Euro wird verlangt. Wasser und Kabelfernsehen ist auch enthalten.

I am renting my cosy, quiet one room apartment in Mitte /Wedding for one year .
The apartment is in the inner courtyard and has been completely renovated five years ago and is fully equipped and furnished. There are a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven and stove. Cable TV is also avaible.

Public transport is very convenient: Only two minutes walking to the subway station Rehberge (U6), S+U Bahnhof Friedrichstraße is only 10 minutes away, Potsdamer Platz and Kurfürstendamm around 15-20mintes. 10 minutes to Humboldt-University and 20minutes to Tecnical University Berlin.

The area has a nice mix of parks (Schillerpark is only 3 minutes walking away) and the Volkspark Rehberge is also close by. Moreover there are free parking facilities in the street.

There are a lot of shopping, especially food shopping possibilities around and also plenty of bars, Restaurants and cafes.

The apartment will be furnished and there has to be paid a security: 1100€. The apartment will be rented to one person and it is a non-smoking apartment.
