The place is 38 sqm, consists of one large room, a separate kitchen, bathroom with a shower and a small hallway. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, in the kitchen you’ll find everything necessary to cook and eat and in the main room there is a cozy sofa area to relax, a work area, a double bed, plenty of books and there is quick Wi-Fi in the apartment.
The apartment is in a typical Berlin Altbau, it is light filled and the windows face an old cemetery/park for a view that is very unique for Wedding with plenty of trees and flowers, but no house and no road in front. Because of that, you’ll hear virtually no traffic or typical street-sounds, although the apartment is located only a couple of minutes from busy Leopoldplatz.
From the apartment it is only 5 min by foot to Leopoldplatz, where you will find various kinds of transportation: U6 (10 min to Friedrichstraße, 15 min to Kreuzberg), U9 (10 min to Bahnhof Zoo), various Busses that go directly to the central train station (Busses 142, 147, 120 - around 15 min to Hauptbahnhof). It is also only 12 min by foot to S Wedding, where you have access to the circle lines S41, S42. Also, it is 10 min by foot to the tram station Osram Höfe with trams going to Prenzlauer Berg.
In the neighborhood you will find a wide variety of markets (many supermarkets just a 5 min walk away), Cafés and bars.
Price is 30€ per night and I would like to sublet the place for the entire period or a part of it (minimum stay 6 days).
