Suche Zwischenmieter/in für meine 1-Raumwohnung in Berlin-Wilmersdorf.
Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert (siehe Fotos) und eignet sich perfekt für einen befristeten Aufenthalt in Berlin. Sie kann aber evtl. auch übernommen werden, falls Bedarf besteht.
Das Wohn/Schlafzimmer liegt zum ruhigen Innenhof, hat aber große Fenster und ist dadurch hell. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet und die Küche mit E-Herd und Spüle. Ein Waschsalon sowie zahlreiche Restaurants sind in der Nähe vorhanden.
Gute Verkehrsanbindung: U7 (Blissestraße), U3 (Hohenzollenplatz) jeweils 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Bus 249 zum Zoo direkt vor der Tür und S-Bahn Ring (Heidelberger Platz) in ca. 10-15 Min zu Fuß.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Zur Auswahl stehen Lidl, Edeka, sowie Rossmann und verschiedene Bäckereien und Spätis.
Ich hätte gerne eine Kaution von 200 Euro, da ich teilweise meine Möbel zur Verfügung stelle (Bett, Schränke, Tisch etc.).
Am besten bin ich über E-Mail zu erreichen oder abends ab 18:00 Uhr auf dem Handy.
