Hello people,
My girlfriend and I are leaving Berlin soon for our holidays, so we would like to lease our apartment in a short term period.
Duration: Preferably from January 15th to March 1st, 2016 (1,5 months)
About my apartment: 28 m2 , located in the center of Berlin, 20 minutes away from Kurfürstendamm and Kadewe. (The biggest and most magnificent shopping avenue in Berlin)
Nearest S-bahn station: Halensee (Ring-bahn s41,42). From there you can take bus M29 directly to the front door of my apartment (5 stations).
Guests: Maximum 2, the room will cost €450 (2 people) with Internet, utility, everything included.
Please note that we would need to take a deposit amount of €200 and full payment of 1,5 month rent + the deposit must be paid in advance ( Of course we will have contract, direct meet up to get to know each other better).
If we agree on all the terms, please do me a favour by prepare a photocopy of your ID (passport, student card).
