Große, helle, ruhige 1 Zimmer Wohnung (FU nähe!!) zur Zwischenmiete da ich ein Auslandsjahr mache. Bevorzuge Frauen und Studentinnen! 5 Minuten von der U3, Rüdesheimer Platz und 1 Minute von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Obwohl es eigentlich eine 2er WG ist, wird mein Mitbewohner während seines Auslandsjahrs sein Zimmer nicht untervermieten, sodass du die ganze Wohnung für dich haben wirst.
-Möbliert mit neuen Möbeln, grosses Doppelbett, Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl, Regale und Kleiderfächer- und Stangen, Spiegel etc.
-Küche ist ebenso voll ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Blender, Toaster, Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien etc), sowie Tisch und Stühle
- Badezimmer ist ebenfalls ausgestattet, Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden
-Bevor ich ausziehe, werde ich alle Schränke und Regale ausräumen, sodass du genug Platz für deine Sachen hast und dich einrichten kannst.
-Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stockwerk
-Die Wohnung wurde vor ca. 5 Monaten neu saniert (neue Dusche und Waschbecken seit letzter Woche)
-Das Zimmer verfügt über zwei große Fenster, die viel Licht reinlassen
-Großer, sonniger und vor allem ruhiger Innenhof

I am renting out my apartment while I am studying abroad from September 15, 2017 till June 15th 2018.
-The apartment was completely renovated a few months ago (new shower and sink since last week) and sports high ceilings.
-Fully furnished with a queen size bed, closet space, cabinets, desk, desk chair, etc
-Kitchen (microwave, blender, toaster, dishes, etc) and bathroom (washing machine, cabinets, towels, etc) are also completely furnished
-Before I move out, I will move my things and make sure you have plenty of room for yours
-The flat is located on the first floor, and has huge windows
-The room looks onto the beautiful courtyard and creates a nice, quiet, living situation. I prefer renting to women or female students!
-Die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmöglichkeiten sind unmittelbar in der Nähe (schnelle Verbindung z.B. Kudamm)
-Reichhaltige Anzahl an verschiedenen Supermärkten und Restaurants vor der Haustür

It has a great location, being situated only a few minutes from the Subway station Rüdesheimer Platz on the 3 Line and bus stations just 1 walking minute away. It is located in Wilmersdorf and has supermarkets and restaurants just down the street.
