Ich bin frisch eingezogen und ziehe doch jetzt zu meinem Freund ein. Die Wohnung möchte ich erstmal für mind. 6 Monate oder 1 Jahr vermieten.
Die Wohnung habe ich gerade komplett renoviert und neu möbliert mit Bett (140 x 200 m) inkl. Mattratze, Sofa, Schreibtisch, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und neu. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr großen Kleiderschrank im Flur sowie einen Abstellraum im Keller.
Die Lage ist genial ruhig und gleichzeitig sehr zentral. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Parkt (50 m entfernt).
In der Küche gibt es Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen etc. - alles ist neu! Die Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Staubsauger sind vorhanden.
Im Preis sind alle Rechnungen wie Stroß, Wasser, Internet und Möbel-Nutzung inklusive. Es kommen keine weiteren Kosten hinzu.
Besichtigung ist am Mittwoch, 30.09.am Abend nach Vereinbarung möglich.
Mehr Bilder von der Wohnung gibt es erst am Dienstag, weil ich gerade verreist bin und kann keine Fotos machen.

I've just moved in and now I'm moving in with my boyfriend. I would like to rent the apartment for at least 6 months or 1 year.
I have just completely renovated and refurnished the apartment with a bed (140 x 200 m) incl. Mattress, sofa, desk, everything is available in the kitchen. The furnishings are high quality and new. The apartment has a very large wardrobe in the hallway and a storage room in the basement.
The location is brilliantly quiet and at the same time very central. The apartment is right on the park (50 m away).
In the kitchen there are dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. - everything is new! The washing machine, iron and vacuum cleaner are available.
All bills such as straw, water, internet and use of furniture are included in the price. There are no additional costs.
Viewing is possible on Wednesday, September 30th in the evening by appointment.
More pictures of the apartment will only be available on Tuesday because I've just been away and can't take photos.
4 Minuten bis U-Bahn Berliner Straße oder U-Bahn Rathaus Schöneberg oder S- & U-Bahn Bundesplatz.
BESTE LAGE IN BERLIN!
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Park. Super ruhig und klasse gelegen.
Die Community ist toll und die Nachbar sehr nett und freundlich. Die Hausruhe sehr wichtig!
Keine Party-Wohnung und eine Nicht-Raucher Wohnung!

The apartment is right on the park. Super quiet and great located.
The community is great and the neighbors are very nice and friendly. The house rest is very important!
No party apartment and a non-smoking apartment!
