Nach fast zwei Jahren ziehe ich aus meinem wunderschönen Studio. Mein Vertrag endet am 30. September, also suche ich jemanden, der meine Wohnung nach mir mieten möchte.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock einer 1906 erbauten Villa. Das Zimmer ist recht hell, dank einer Erker mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf einen Vorgarten mit Blumen im Sommer und Vögel essen einige rote Beeren im Winter. Im letzten Jahr wurde das Zimmer etwas renoviert und man kann nun einen schönen Holzboden genießen (ist das ein richtiges Wort hier?). Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert: ein Bett, ein riesiger Kleiderschrank mit vielen verschiedenen Regalen und Schubladen, eine große Kommode, ein Tisch, zwei Couchtische und ein Sofa. Die Küche ist klein, aber mit allen notwendigen Sachen ausgestattet: einem Herd, einem Kühlschrank und vielen verschiedenen Geschirr. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und sieht wirklich nett aus. Es gab auch ein paar Sachen, wie Stühle und vielleicht ein Fernseher, das ist jetzt im Keller. Der Keller kann man für lagern oder als eine Fahrrad Parkplatz benutzen.
After nearly two years I'm moving out of my wonderful Studio. I'm looking for someone, who will rent my flat after my contract ends.
The apartment is at the first floor of a 1906 built villa. The room is quite bright, thanks to a bay window with a beautiful view to a front garden with flowers in summer and birds eating some red berries from covered with snow bushes in winter. The last year the room was a bit renovated and now one can enjoy nice and shiny wooden floor. The apartment is fully furnished: a bed, a huge wardrobe with plenty of different shelves and drawers, a large dresser, a table, two coffee tables, and a sofa. The kitchen is small, but equipped with all necessary stuff: a cooker, a fridge, and plenty of different dishes. The bathroom has a bathtub and looks really nice in general. There were also some stuff, like chairs and maybe a TV, that is now in the basement. The basement you can use for storage or for keeping your bike.
Das Haus ist in 12 Minuten zu Fuß von der S-Bahn Zehlendorf, die mit einem Bus verkürzt werden kann. Die Bushaltestelle (auch für Nachtbusse) ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt viele verschiedene Parks herum. Rewe, Lidl und Aldi sind ganz in der Nähe, Kaufman und Saturn sind etwas weiter. McFit Gym ist in 15 Minuten Radfahren, FU ist in 20 Minuten.
The house is in 12 minute walking distance from S-Bahn Zehlendorf, which can be shortened by taking a bus each 5-10 minutes. The bus stop (also for night buses) is in 4 minutes walking. There are plenty of different parks around. Rewe, Lidl and Aldi are quite nearby, Kaufman and Saturn are little bit further. McFit gym is in 15 minutes cycling, FU is in 20 minutes.
Der Preis beinhaltet alles, außer Internet und Strom. Der Strom wird nach dem Verbrauch bezahlt und Internet habe ich mit dem Nachbarn aus nächste Wohnung geteilt. Ich habe ein paar Sachen und ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich es mit mir nehmen will, also wenn du es wirklich brauchst, können wir einen Deal machen. Mit den Sachen meine ich auch eine Waschmaschine.
Mein Zimmer ist in einem kompletten Chaos, wegen meines Zuges. Ich zeige ain paar Fotos nach meinem Umzug.
Das Angebot beginnt am 1. September, aber wenn du die Wohnung früher brauchst, können wir ab dem 21. August etwas herausfinden.
The price includes everything, except Internet and electricity. The electricity is to be paid according to its consumption and the Internet you would most probably share with the guy in the neighbouring flat (the way I did it). I have some stuff and I'm not sure, if I want to take it with me, so if you really need it, we can make a deal. By stuff I also mean a washing machine.
My room is in a complete mess, because of my move. I will add some pictures to the add as soon, as I move out.
The offer starts on 1st of September, but if you need the flat sooner, we can figure something out starting from 21st of August.
