Für meine kleine aber feine Wohnung suche ich jemand Nettes und Ordentliches. Neben einem Wannenbad gibt es eine kleine Küche mit WM & Kühlschrank und ein größeres Zimmer mit Hochbett, Sofa, Arbeitstisch, Kommode, Schrank und Stuhl. Die Wohnung ist komplett vollmöbliert zum sofortigen wohlfühlen und wirklich sehr gemütlich und warm. Die Fenster sind nach Süden ausgerichtet.
Es gibt auch schon WLAN, Strom & Gas, was einfach mitbenutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine/n Studenten/in, der/die für die Studienzeit die eigenen 4 Wände sucht.
Einfach kurz mit einer kleinen Selbstvorstellung anschreiben und ich melde mich.

Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen, innerhalb von 2 Minuten Fussweg gibt es: Aldi, VideoWorld, Post, Kiosk, Bäcker, Hausarzt, Busstationen. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man am S-Bahnhof Sundgauer Str.. In 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man das Zentrum Zehlendorf. Die FU ist nicht weit weg und wäre mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar.
Damit die Wohnung so schön und gemütlich bleibt wie sie ist, wäre es prima wenn jemand keine Haustiere hat und nicht raucht.
