Moderne und schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und Sie haben auch einen schönen Balkon mit Tisch und Stuhl (Es gibt 5 Fenster, die in der Nacht elektronisch geschlossen werden können).
Die Wohnung wird möbliert mit Kingsize-Bett, Schreibtisch, Esstisch mit Stühlen und Sofa vermietet.

Alles sieht ziemlich neu aus, weil das Gebäude vor kurzem gebaut wurde.

Sie haben auch Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, und haben wifi auf ich, die ich nie Problem hatte, von zu Hause aus arbeiten

Modern and beautiful 1 room apartment. The apartment is very bright and you also have a nice balcony with table and chair (There are 5 windows that con be closed electronically during the night).
The apartment is rented furnished with king size bed, the desk, dining table with chairs, and sofa.

Everything looks quite new because the building was recently build.

You also have dishwasher, washing machine, and have wifi on I which I've never had problem working from home

Lage
Die Lage ist wirklich nah (10 Minuten zu Fuß) von Friedrichschain und Kreutzberg. Ein Teil der Berliner Mauer ist nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt, in der man auch den Ostpark finden kann, der im Sommer ein Hotspot für die Sonne an derSpree ist.
Der Ostbahnof ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und es gibt dort mehrere Supermärkte (Sonntags geöffnet!). Natürlich gibt es auch Spätis, die nachts geöffnet haben und alle wichtigen Dienstleistungen.

The location is really close (10 minutes walking) from Friedrichschain and Kreutzberg. Part of the Berlin wall is few meter far from the flat in which you can also east side park an hot spot for have sun fron to Spree during summer .
Ostbahnof is 2 minutes walking from here and you have more than one supermarkets there (open during Sunday!). There are of course also späti open during the night and all essential services.
