I'd like a studio that's preferably furnished but I would consider non furnished apartments if the rent is cheap.
I look for a Studio near any Bahn S1 ,U-Bahn 3 station or low Tiergarten
I could pay up to 3 months in advance besides the kaution if the flat suits my needs. I have a stable income and documents that support it.
I look for a place where I could stay for one to two years , which would give the owner stability.
I want to have my own place as to focus on my studies.
- I'd like it to be bright and preferably with a nice view in a high floor (I'm ok with it not having a lift)
- As closely linked to Freie Universität as possible (having to take one line only -no transfers- in a maximum 30 min ride)
I'm open to checking different things. I'm currently living in Spain but I have friends who could see the flat or I could travel to seal a deal if the apartment fits my needs.
