Dutch guy and a cat looking for a place to stay! From 28.09_15.11

Dear people,

After four fine months of living in Prenzlauer Berg I unfortunately need to look for another place to stay. This means that starting from SEPTEMBER 28th I am urgently looking for:

- A modern and furnished apartment / studio / room
- Period: SEPTEMBER 28th until NOVEMBER 15th
- Electricity, water and wifi included
- Preferably solo, if shared then 1 person max
- Area: Prenzlauer berg as a first choice, Mitte, Moabit and Kreuzberg would also be ok
- Rent: € 600 (incl.) max

About me:

I'm a 38 y old Dutch guy and as a freelancer / digital nomad I am currently working on a project for Teufel Audio / Raumfeld in Bikini Berlin. This until mid November. After that I will continue my journey back to Amsterdam. I'm a relaxed, easy going, neat, kind and trustworthy person. I have a passion for music, movies, chocolate ice cream, Italy, good conversations and good whisky. I'm a sociable guy, but also need my own space. And of course I respect other peoples property and furniture, so you can be assured that your apartment would be in good hands with me.

Important:

I'm traveling with my cat and soulmate 'Lucca'. So it is important that he is welcome to live in the apartment too. I trained him well, so Lucca does not pee around or uses furniture as a scratch post.
