Hey! Ich vermiete meine schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Prenzlauer Berg (Kollwitzkiez).
Da ich für ein paar Wochen weg sein werde, vermiete ich die Wohnung für die Zeit. Ich bin flexibel und offen für Vorschläge für exakte Ein- und Auszugsdaten. Wenn du also ein paar Tage länger oder kürzer bleiben willst, ist das nicht schlimm. Am liebsten würde ich aber jemanden innerhalb der Woche finden.
Die Wohnung bietet alle was man braucht: Internet, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Einbauküche usw.
Ich suche jemanden der sich wohl in meiner Wohnung fühlt, aber auch auf sie aufpassen kann.

Hey, I'm renting out my nice 1-room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg (Kollwitzkiez).
Since I will be away for a few weeks, I am renting out the apartment for the time being. I am flexible and open to suggestions for exact move-in and move-out dates. So if you want to stay a few days longer or shorter, that's no problem. However, I would prefer to find someone within the week.
The apartment has everything you need: Internet, washing machine, dryer, fitted kitchen etc.
I am looking for someone who feels comfortable in my apartment but can also take care of it.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Rykestraße, eine der beliebtesten und belebtesten Straßen Berlins. Direkt in der Straße gibt es Restaurants, Cafes, einen Park auf einem kleinen Berg uvm. Supermärkte wie LIDL und EDEKA sind 2 Minuten weit weg. Die Tram ist auch in einer Minute zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in Rykestraße, one of the most popular streets in Berlin. Directly in the street there are restaurants, cafes, a park on a small hill and much more. Supermarkets like LIDL and EDEKA are 2 minutes away. The streetcar can also be reached in one minute.
