Guest Apartment/Room Kreuzberg Short Term

Hi ich bin Phil ich vermiete ein Zimmer meiner kleinen 2-Zimmer Arbeits-Wohnung , da ich die nächste Zeit oft beruflich unterwegs bin.

Es ist eine schöne, helle Altbau- Wohnung mitten im Wrangelkiez mit vielen Cafés, Bars, Clubs, Späties, Restaurants und Supermärkten.
Trotzdem ruhig da verkehrsberuhigte Zone.
Ich wohne in der Nähe und kann bei Fragen schnell vor Ort sein.
Party ist nicht möglich, da im Stockwerk unter der Wohnung eine Familie wohnt.

Wlan, Waschmaschine und ausgestattete Küche vorhanden.

1 Woche 250€ , 2 Wochen 450€…

Ich wohne nicht in der Wohnung, jedoch muss ich manchmal nach Absprache mein zusätzliches Arbeitszimmer (nicht auf den Fotos) tagsüber nutzen.
Minimum 3 Nächte.

Hi, I'm Phil and I'm renting out one room of my 2-room work-flat for short term ( max. 2weeks preferred) because I'll be on the road for working a lot the next months.
It's a nice, bright Altbau-flat in the middle of the Wrangelkiez with many cafés, bars and clubs.
Nevertheless, it is quiet because there is little traffic.
I live nearby and can be there quickly if I have any questions.
No Party allowed, theres a family living in the floor under the Appartment.

Wifi, washing machine and equipped kitchen available.

1 Week 250€ , 2 weeks 450€…


I don’t live in the flat but i d like to have the possibility to sometimes use my additional work room (not in the photos) Monday to Friday daytime.

Minimum 3 nights.
