I am offering my fully furnished 1-room apartment + sunny balcony in Kreuzberg (Kottbusser Tor).

Available for 1 person from the 16th of November for at least 10 days, and the total costs include rent, water, heating, garbage taxes, electricity and Rundfunk tax: 225 Euro + 100 Euro deposit. The deposit will be refunded after the rental period ends, if nothing was damaged and no complaints were made by neighbors.🙃
I am not sure yet when I will return, so the rental period could possibly be extended.
Wi-Fi is NOT available! See internet options in this advertisement.
Washing machine NOT available! Doing laundry is possible in a laundry service around the corner.
NB: only available for 1 person; no couples, no children, and no children.💡
No parties, no sleepover visitors and no pets allowed. We will have a video call first and afterward a meeting in person before the renting period starts, and to exchange the keys.
