Hello,
As I am going home for Christmas, I would like to rent out my flat to someone. :)
My apartment is fully furnished and I poured my heart into it. Therefore it is really important for me that the person who I will rent it to won‘t celebrate parties there and takes care of my stuff as if it‘s their own!
I‘m a bit flexible with the move-in date as my friend & neighbour can take care of it and I would prefer a FLINTA* person.
The price of 700€ is per month but I would charge 23€ per night, which is also the price I pay and I would like to have a 300€ bond which will be refunded as soon as I get back into my flat and see that everything is okay :)
My apartment is located in the quiet & friendly Baumschulenweg but train connection is really good!

- 10min S Warschauer Straße
- 20min Alexanderplatz
As I don‘t have that much time & a lot to do I will only be able to answer ppl that seem to fit my needs & apartment so I‘m sorry if you won‘t get an answer from me. :)
