*Tausch/Swap ONLY* 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in OSW nähe HTW gegen vergleichbare Wohnung in der nähe von Charlottenburg (bis 35min mit Öffis)

Die HTW ist ein paar Radminuten entfernt und innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten ist man in der wunderschönen Wuhlheide, einem der größten Parks Berlins mit Wald, Sportplatz, Feuchtbiotop und wunderschönen Wiesen. Zur nächsten Tram Station braucht man 4 min zu Fuß. Mit der Tram ist man in jeweils circa 5 min am S-Bahnhof Karlshorst oder am S-Bahnhof Schöneweide (mit Ersatzverkehr auf Grund einer Baustelle aktuell noch 9min) .

The HTW (University of Applied Sciences) is just a few bike minutes away, and within a 5-minute walk, you're in the beautiful Wuhlheide Park, one of Berlin's largest parks with forests, sports fields, ponds, and beautiful meadows. The nearest tram station is a 4-minute walk away. By tram, you can reach either Karlshorst S-Bahn station or Schöneweide S-Bahn station in about 5 minutes each (currently 9 minutes due to construction work).

Ich suche: Ich suche etwas Vergleichbares mit einer guten Anbindung an Charlottenburg. Wichtig wäre, dass der S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg von meiner neuen Wohnung aus gut mit den Öffis zu erreichen ist (eine Verbindung nicht länger als etwa 35min wäre super). Außerdem wär mir wichtig, dass die Fenster nicht direkt auf eine vielbefahrene Straße rausgehen (Wenn die Wohnung sehr hoch liegt eventuell ok), dass die Wohnung nicht im Erdgeschoss liegt und nicht super dunkel ist. Zeitlich bin ich sehr flexibel, irgendwann zwischen jetzt und Sommer 2024 würde ich gerne umziehen. Ich kann mir auch einen Wohnungstausch auf Zeit vorstellen wenn dieser bis mindestens August 2026 geht.

I'm looking for: I'm looking for something similar with good access to Charlottenburg. It's important that Charlottenburg S-Bahn station is easily accessible from my new apartment via public transport (a journey of no longer than about 35 minutes would be great). Also, it's important to me that the windows don't directly face a busy street (if the apartment is very high up, it might be okay), that the apartment isn't on the ground floor, and that it's not super dark. I'm very flexible with timing; I'd like to move sometime between now and summer 2024. I'm also open to a temporary apartment swap if it lasts until at least August 2026
