Das Apartment ist ca. 26m² groß, voll möbiliert mit allem was man braucht: 2 Kleiderschränken, einem Kochfeld, einem großen Bett, Nachttisch, Essgisch, großer langer Schreibtisch, 2 Stühlen, Kühlschrank, Wäscheständer und einer Waschmaschine. Einzig und allein einen Bürostuhl würde ich empfehlen selber mitzubringen wenn man viel vorm Schreibtisch sitzt. Als Einzelperson ist man hier mehr als versorgt.
Update: Da Fragen aufkamen: Im Preis ist alles enthalten (Strom,Wasser, Internet etc.). Es kommt nichts dazu.
Das Bad ist privat, es gibt keine Gemeinschaftsflächen außer der Garten.

The apartment is approximately 26m² in size, fully furnished with everything you need: 2 wardrobes, a cooktop, a large bed, nightstand, dining table, large long desk, 2 chairs, refrigerator, drying rack, and a washing machine. The only thing I would recommend bringing yourself is an office chair if you spend a lot of time at the desk. As a single person, you are more than adequately provided for here.
Update: Since there have been questions: Everything is included in the price (electricity, water, internet, etc.). Nothing will be added to it. The bathroom is private, there are no common areas other than the garden.
Das Appartment befindet sich in einer ruhigeren Gegend in der nähe des Hustadtrings. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man die U35 Haltestelle "Hustadt". Von dort aus kommt man in ca. 20 Minuten zum Bochumer HBF und somit auch in die Innenstadt und das beliebte Bermuda3Eck. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man das Unicenter mit Rewe, Netto, Dönerläden, Asia Imbisse, Frieseursalons usw.

The apartment is located in a quieter area near the Hustadtring. Within a few minutes, you can reach the U35 tram stop "Hustadt". From there, it takes about 20 minutes to reach Bochum Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), allowing access to the city center and the popular Bermuda3Eck. Within a short distance, you'll find the Unicenter with shops such as Rewe, Netto, kebab shops, Asian takeaways, hair salons, and more.
Da ich in eine neue WG ziehen werde wird mein Appartment frei. Es handelt sich dabei um eine Anreihung mehrerer Appartments, die befristet an Studenten oder kurzzeitig Beschäftigte vermietet wird. Ich suche jemanden, der meinen Restvertrag bis zum 30.09.24 übernehmen möchte, vielleicht kann man mit dem Vermieter im Anschluss einen eigenen Vertrag schließen..

As I will be moving into a new shared flat, my apartment will become available. It is a series of several apartments rented out on a temporary basis to students or those employed for short periods. I am looking for someone who would like to take over my remaining lease until September 30, 2024. Perhaps it's possible to negotiate a longer term with the landlord as well.
