Die Etage des Wohnheims hat eine große gemeinsame Wohnküche mit Backoffen, Mikrowelle, Induktionskochfeld und Kühlschränke sowie zwei gemeinsame WCs und zwei Duschen. Zusätlich erwarten dich großflächige Gemeinschaftsräume (Musikraum, Spielraum, Fitnessraum, Garten, Lernräume) und die Balkone sind individuell von ehemaligen Studenten verziert.

Your future room is 13 qm and rectangular in shape. The room faces south.
The room is furnished as in the photos except for the footstool, shoes storage and black chair.
The floor of the dormitory has a large common kitchen with ovens, microwave, induction heater and refrigerators, two common toilets and two showers. In addition, there are large common areas (such as a music room, a game room, gym, garden, study rooms) and the balconies are individually decorated by former students.
Das Wohnheim ist zwischen der Innenstadt und dem Kemnader See gelegen und in Laufnähe zur Ruhr-Universität Bochum (UniCenter).
Man benötigt 3 Gehminuten zur nächstgelegenen U-Bahnhaltestelle (Markstraße). Von hier fährt die Linie 35 (Richtung Hbf oder UniCenter). 5 Gehminuten sind die nächste Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Aldi) von der Wohnung entfernt. Ein Netto und Rewe befinden sich zudem ca. 10 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Zusätzlich hast du eine Apotheke, oder einen Sparkassenautomaten inunmittelbarer Nähe.

The dormitory is located between the city center and the lake Kemnader and within walking distance to the Ruhr University Bochum (UniCenter). It takes 3 minutes to walk to the nearest subway stop (Markstraße). From here you can take the line 35 (directions Bochum Hbf or UniCenter). The nearest bus stop and shopping facilities (Aldi) are a 5 minute walk from the apartment. A Netto and Rewe are also about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. In addition, you have a pharmacy or bank automat close from the building.
In den 369 Euro Miete ist alles enthalten (Gas, Strom, Internet).
