Die Wohnung befindet sich in der schönen Lage von Bonn-Beuel am Rhein. Ein kleines Cafe, ein Restaurant und der Biergarten 'Rheinlust' sind nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Innenstadt ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Du wirst eine saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Küche, Bad, und Wohn-/Schlafraum mit Hochbett vorfinden.
Hinter dem Haus haben wir einen großen, wunderschönen Garten.
Die Wohnung im renovierten Altbau ist nur 7 Gehminuten von der S-Bahnanbindung am Konrad Adenauer Platz entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist mit dem Fahrrad in 15 min erreichbar. Diverse Supermärkte in Beuel (Edeka, REWE, Aldi, Alnatura etc.) lassen sich ebenfalls in 10 min zu Fuß erreichen.

are you looking for a calm and cozy apartment from 1 September 2023 to 31 January 2024 (maybe also longer possible)?
The monthly rent of EUR 740,- includes internet and all utilities.
The apartment is located in the beautiful part of Bonn-Beuel just by the river, with a great cafe, a restaurant and the beegarden 'Rhinelust' just 3 minutes away and the city center a 15-minute walk.
You will find a clean and well-equipped apartment with a loft bed and your own kitchen and bath.
You will share a picturesque big garden with 2 other parties in the house.
You can reach the S-Bahn at Konrad Adenauer Platz within 7 minutes walking distance and the central train station is a 15-minute bike ride away. There are several supermarkets which you can reach within a 10-minute walk (Edeka, REWE, Aldi, Alnatura etc.).
