Untermiete Studentenwohnung März-Juni

Hallo Zusammen :)

Für meine schöne ein-Zimmer Studentenwohnung (Studio) (mit kurzfristiger Verlängerungsmöglichkeit) suche ich während ich ungefähr 4 monate im Ausland bin eine/n Untermieter/in. Diese/r sollte am besten Student/in sein, da es sich um ein privates Studentenwohnheim handelt.



Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Badezimmer und Einbauküche ausgestattet und wird mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Nachttisch und Kleidungsschrank möbliert vermietet. Im Mietpreis sind Strom, Heizung und WLAN enthalten.

Der Neubau hat jedenfalls auch einen Waschraum sowie ein sog. “Learning Lounge”, also ein ruhiges Zimmer, wo man sich zum lernen oder arbeiten hinsetzen kann. Auch gibt es einen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder im Innenhof. Aufzug gibt es auch.

Die Lage ist super, unter 15 min zu Fuß von der Innenstadt & dem Hauptbahnhof. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibts auch 2 Busstationen. Mit dem Bus ist man in 4 Minuten in der Innenstadt.

Hello everyone :)

I'm looking for a subtenant for my beautiful one-room student apartment (studio) while I'm abroad for almost 4 months. This person should ideally be a student as it is a private student residence.



The apartment has its own bathroom and fitted kitchen and is rented furnished with a bed, desk, bedside table and wardrobe. The rental price includes electricity, heating and WiFi.

The new building definitely also has a washroom and a so-called “learning lounge”, also a quiet room where you can sit down to study or work. There is also a parking space for bicycles in the inner courtyard. There is also an elevator.

The location is great, under 15 minutes walk from the city center & the main train station. There are also 2 bus stations in the immediate vicinity. You can get to the city center in 4 minutes by bus.
