Wohnung in der Heerstr

am 14.08.2019 werde ich ein sechsmonatiges Praktikum im Ausland absolvieren. Ich möchte meine Wohnung in der Altstadt, Heerstr untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist 27 qm, 6 minutem zu fuß bis zum Stadthaus/Zentrum. Sie ist möbiliet und enthält eine hochwertigen Schlafsofa, Schreibtisch, Stool, Einbauküchen , Kleiderschrank, und eine Waschmaschine im keller (gehört mir). Enthält grüße Fenstern. Der vermieter möchte Jemanden der Deutsch sprechen kann. Die miete ist 454 hoch und enthält miete, Internet, Strom, Wasser, Heizung. Da ich meine sachen in der Wohnung verlasse, möchte ich einen vertrauenswürdigen und achtsamen person auswählen. Bitte schreibe ein Paar Zeilen zu deiner Person wenn du Interesse hast.

English: I will be gone for 6 months for an internship abroad, I would like to sublet my apartment in the Altstadt (Heerstr) for the period from 14.08.19 till 08.02.2020 (a little flexible with regard to a later move-in date, an earlier move-out date). The apartment is about 27 square meter and is furnished, includes a big high quality sleeper sofa, washing machine in the cellar (no coins needed, it's mine), small fitted kitchen, study desk, chair, wardrobe. It is about 6 minutes' walk from the tram station/city center, so very convenient. It has large windows with plenty of sunlight. The landlord stipulates that the subtenant can speak German. The total rent is 454 euro and includes rental, water, heating, internet and electricity. Since I am leaving my stuff here, I would like to give it to someone mindful and trustworthy.
