Very good security status (next to police station), 10 minutes walking to forest Waldau, 15 minutes walking to Uniklinikum Bonn, Supermarkets around: Edeka, Aldi, Netto.
Requirements: Be clean and responsible (when using room furniture and respect Ruhezeiten).
Warm rent for one month: 315€
Total rent for two months: 630€
Process fee :15€ charged by the dormitory
Deposit: 700€ (will be paid back at the end of the rent time)

Sehr gute Sicherheitslage (neben der Polizeiwache), 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Waldau, 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Uniklinikum Bonn, Supermärkte in der Nähe: Edeka, Aldi, Netto.
Anforderungen: Seien Sie sauber und verantwortungsbewusst (beim Umgang mit Zimmermöbeln und respektieren Sie Ruhezeiten).
Warmmiete für einen Monat: 315€
Gesamtmiete für zwei Monate: 630€
