Eine schnuckelige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ist ab dem 21./22. Mai frei, bis 8. September.
Sie ist 29 qm groß, normal möbiliert mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch. Eine Hälfte
des Raums ist eine offene Küche mit Kochplatte, Waschbecken, Waschmaschine. Das Bad
ist extra.
Die Lage ist superzentral: St. Michel, am Samstag ist auf dem gleichnamigen Platz
ein toller Wochenmarkt, Sonntags ein Riesenflohmarkt. Man ist zu Fuß total schnell
am Fluss sowie in St. Pierre oder in den Einkaufsstraßen. Die Tram ist nur fünf
Minuten entfernt.
Das Haus ist ein typischer Bordeauxer Altbau, der Eingang ist etwas "ranzig", also
mmer so ein bisschen Unordnung wie herumfliegende Broschüren und auch der Flur ist
ein bisschen abgegrabbelt (alter Teppich etc.). Das Zimmer selbst ist aber sauber,
mit neuem Laminatboden, frisch gestrichenen Wänden.
Die Nachbarn sind alles nette junge Leute.
Ich würde das Quartier ein bisschen mit Berlin-Kreuzberg vergleichen, viel
Multikulti, arabische Gemüseläden und Teesalons. Mir hat es sehr gut dort gefallen.
Der Preis ist 380 Euro pro Monat, 1 MM Kaution. Achja, eine DSL-Verbindung ist auch
noch inklusive.
Besichtigt werden könnte die Wohnung zwischen dem 2. und 16. Mai. Bei Interesse
