I am subletting my for flat 2 months and looking for a tidy, responsible person. The flat is cozy, but comes with everything you need (bed, desk, wardrobe, bookshelf), and its own bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen will be stocked with basic items and appliances (kettle, 2 burners, mini fridge). Satellite TV and a party room is available within the building.

The tram stop, and 4 supermarkets are within walking distance. You can easily take the tram to the university or take about a 15 minute bike ride. To reach the city center is about a 20 minute tram ride. The neighborhood is quiet, and in a student housing complex. The Rhododendron Park is nearby.
You must be registered at the University of Bremen, an intern, or apprentice to rent this flat. The moving in date is flexible, and any time during the beginning of October will be okay.
