Ich selber bin Student und reise über die Semesterferien ins Ausland, sodass meine Wohnung frei ist und ich jemanden für eine Untervermietung suche.
Ich muss aufgrund von Prüfungen bis zum 25ten Januar in Bremerhaven sein. Ab da kann die Wohnung eigentlich bezogen werden. Die Wohnung ist daraufhin bis Ende April zu haben. Notfalls auch noch bis Mitte Mai (Da bin ich flexibel).
Die Wohnung ist in einem noblen Viertel (am neuen Hafen) und 2 Gehminuten vom Deich entfernt. Das Gebäude in dem sich dir Wohnung befindet ist ein Neubau aus dem Jahr 2017 und sehr gepflegt. Es gibt sogar einen Aufzug.
Die Wohnung wird über den Zeitraum voll möbliert abgegeben. Ich kann auch meinen Bildschirm dalassen. Zudem gibt es eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner und eine Spülmaschine. Gerne lasse ich auch mein Fahrrad für den nächsten hier.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 545,78€ warm.
Zusätzlich kommen noch 35€ für Internet und 50€ für Strom dazu.
Die Wohnung selber hat circa 17-18 qm.
Im Preis enthalten ist aber auch ein Kellerraum.
Im Mietvertrag steht insgesamt ca 33,69 qm.
Auch ein Fahrradstellplatz ist im Preis enthalten.
Die Wohnung ist in einem Top Zustand. Aufgrund der zwei Fenster ist es dauerhaft hell.

I'm a student myself and I'm travelling abroad over the semester break, so my flat is free and I'm looking for someone to sublet it to.
I have to be in Bremerhaven until the 25th of January due to exams. I can actually move into the flat from then on. The flat will then be available until the end of April. If necessary, it could be available until mid-May (I'm flexible).
The flat is in a posh neighbourhood (at the new harbour) and a 2-minute walk from the dyke. The building in which the flat is located is a new building from 2017 and very well maintained. There is even a lift.
The flat will be delivered fully furnished over the period. I can also leave my screen there. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer and a winding machine. I am also happy to leave my bike for the next one.
The monthly rent is €545.78 warm.
There is an additional €35 for internet and €50 for electricity.
The flat itself has about 17-18 square metres.
The price also includes a cellar room.
The rental agreement states a total of approx. 33.69 sqm.
A bicycle parking space is also included in the price.
The flat is in top condition. Due to the two windows it is permanently bright.
Das mit Abstand beste an der Wohnung ist die Lage. Diese befindet sich nämlich in einem noblem Viertel Bremerhavens am neuen Hafen. Man geht aus der Wohnung raus und hat direkt eine schöne Sicht auf den Hafen. Zudem ist der Deich (das Highlight Bremerhavens) lediglich 2 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Dieser ist der mit Abstand schönste Ort im Sommer in Bremerhaven. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad weg gibt es zudem einen Aldi und einen Edeka der 24/7 geöffnet. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man 5 Minuten von der Hochschule entfernt.

By far the best thing about the flat is its location. It is located in a posh neighbourhood of Bremerhaven on the new harbour. You walk out of the flat and have a beautiful view of the harbour. In addition, the dyke (the highlight of Bremerhaven) is only a 2-minute walk from the flat. This is by far the most beautiful place in Bremerhaven in summer. There is a bus stop directly in front of the flat. 5 minutes away by bike there is also an Aldi and an Edeka which is open 24/7. The university is 5 minutes away by bike.
Da ich die Wohnung lediglich untervermiete und meine ganzen Möbel hier lasse, ist es mir persönlich wichtig, mich mit dem potentiellen Mieter gut zu verstehen.
