Nachdem ich für viele Jahre glücklich in diesem Zimmer gelebt habe, bin ich nun auf der Suche nach einem/r Nachmieter/in.
Mein Zimmer werde ich dir komplett möbliert überlassen. D.h. Bett, großer Kleiderschrank, Tisch, Stühle, Fernseher, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach usw. ist alles da. Ich habe KEINE Waschmaschine, aber es gibt ein paar Waschsalons in der näheren Umgebung.
In den Nebenkosten ist Gas enthalten. Strom und Internet müssen selbst abgewickelt werden.

Looking for a new tenant:
I will leave my room fully furnished to you, I.e. bed, wardrobe, table, chairs, TV, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, etc.
There is NO washing machine in the apartment. However, a laundromat is not far.
The rent includes gas costs. Internet and electricity has to be taken care of separately.
Gelegen ist mein Apartment mitten im schönen Martinsviertel.
Die Bushaltestelle Kopernikusplatz ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch Pallaswiesenstraße und Willy-Brandt-Platz sind in gehbarer Entfernung (8-10 Minuten).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe und Penny sind in ca. 5-10 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Zum Spazierengehen oder ausruhen ist der Herrngarten in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso wie der Bürgerpark.
Auch die typischen Studentenkneipen wie der Hobbit oder Hotzenplotz sind nicht weit (ca. 5 Minuten).
In Downtown Darmstadt ist man zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten. Also alles sehr zentral :)

My apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Martinsviertel.
The bus stop "Kopernikusplatz" is about a 5-minute walk away. "Pallaswiesenstrasse" and "Willy-Brandt-Platz" are also within walking distance (8-10 minutes).
Grocery stores such as Rewe and Penny can be reached in about 5-10 minutes.
Herrngarten as well as the Bürgerpark, two big parks, are also just around the corner.
Typical student pubs such as The Hobbit or Hotzenplotz are just a 5-minute walk away as well.
You can walk to downtown Darmstadt in about 15 minutes. So everything is very central :)
