Hallo, mein Name ist Cee und ich arbeite hier in Dortmund, aber ich habe ein bevorstehendes Projekt, bei dem ich reisen muss, also vermiete ich meine helle 25qm Wohnung. Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich renoviert und ich bin gerade eingezogen. Es gibt bereits Möbel in der Wohnung mit eigenem Bad und einer kleinen Küche. Ich suche jemanden, der sich während seines Aufenthalts um die Unterkunft kümmern kann. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine, aber es gibt viele Wäschereien in der Nachbarschaft.
Hello my name is Cee and I work here in dortmund but I have an upcoming project that requires me to travel so I am renting out my bright 25sqm apartment. The apartment has been recently renovated and I just moved in. There are already furnitures in the apartment with a private bathroom and a small kitchen. I am looking for someone who can take care of the space like its their own during their stay. There is no washing machine but there are plenty laundry shops in the neighbourhood
Es gibt eine Bahnhaltestelle, die etwa 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr coolen und sicheren Gegend. Die Fenster erhalten viel Sonnenlicht.
There is a train stop which is about 2mins from the apartment. The apartment is located in a very cool and safe neighbourhood. The windows recieve good amount of sunlight.
Sie können mich für eine persönliche Besichtigung und ein Interview kontaktieren, wenn Sie interessiert sind. Ich wohne mit meinem Freund in der Wohnung, aber er ist weg und ich würde auch für ein Projekt für zwei Wochen reisen, weshalb ich den Raum in dieser Zeit vermiete. Mein Freund würde die Wohnung am Ende des Mietvertrags zurücknehmen, da ich immer noch weg wäre.
you can contact me for viewing in person and interview if you are intrested. I live in the apartment with my boyfriend but he is away and I would also be travelling for a project for two weeks that is why i am renting out the space during this period. My boyfriend would be the one to take back the apartment at the end of the rent contract since I would still be away.
