da ich im Rahmen meines Studiums für eine Weile ins Ausland gehe (Athen), vermiete ich meine gemütliche, ruhige Wohnung möbliert für 1,5 Jahre unter.
Morgens bis Mittags scheint die Sonne direkt hinein, ansonsten ist sie auch hell.
Sie liegt im ersten Stock. Aufgeteilt ist die Wohnung in Küche, Bad mit Badewanne, ein kleines Durchgangszimmer mit Bett & Hochbett, bzw. Stauraum auf & unterm Bett, Flaschezug-Decken-Wäscheständer.
& ein Zimmer, welches ich als Arbeits- & Wohnzimmer nutze.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung mit allen Möbeln, inklusive der ganzen Kücheneinrichtung. Auf den Bildern ist alles zu sehen, natürlich räume ich alle meine Sachen dann aus & weg. Möbel können jeh nach Bedürfnissen umgestellt werden.

Hello apartment seekers,
since I am going abroad (Athens) for a while as part of my studies, I am subletting my cozy, quiet apartment furnished for 1.5 years.
In the morning until noon the sun shines directly in, otherwise it is also bright.
It is located on the second floor. The apartment is divided into kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, a small passage room with bed & loft bed, respectively storage space on & under the bed, clothes rack to pull under the ceiling.
& a room which I use as a study & living room.
I rent the apartment with all the furniture, including all the kitchen equipment. In the pictures you can see everything, of course I clean out & put away all my stuff then. Furniture can be rearranged according to needs.
About details we can talk gladly...
Die Wohnung liegt in der äusseren Neustadt, im so gennanten Hechtviertel. Es ist kiezig. Restaurants, Bars, Galerien, Kinos, Supermärkte, ÖVPN, Park, Heide, Elbe...alles direkt vor der Tür oder ein Katzensprung.
Trotzdem eine entspannte Atmosphäre & ruhig, da die Wohnung nach hinten raus geht.

The apartment is located in the outer new town (Äussere Neustadt), in the so-called pike district (Hechtviertel). It is gritty. Restaurants, bars, galleries, cinemas, supermarkets, ÖVPN, park, Heide, Elbe...everything right on the doorstep or a stone's throw.
Nevertheless, a relaxed atmosphere & quiet, as the apartment goes out the back.
Ich suche eine Person, die verantwortungsbewusst & zuverlässig in Kommunikation & Handhabung meiner Wohnung ist.
& sich sicher ist, auch den gesamten Zeitraum über zu bleiben.
Die Hausverwaltung weiss Bescheid & der Kontakt wird weitergeleitet. Ich setze einen Untermietvertrag auf. Bisher wird die Miete 455 Euro betragen. Es ist jedoch bereits abzusehen, dass die Nebenkosten sich erhöhen, diese sind dann selbstverständlich zu tragen.

I am looking for a person who is responsible & reliable in communication & handling my home.
& is sure to stay for the entire period as well.
The property management knows & the contact will be forwarded. I am setting up a sublease agreement. So far the rent will be 455 euros. However, it is already foreseeable that the service charges will increase, these are then of course to be borne.
