Nach meinem Studium muss ich jetzt leider aus meiner super schönen Einzimmerwohnung ausziehen.
Die Wohnung ist durch die vielen Fenster sehr hell und aufgrund der Ausrichtung bleibt sie auch im Sommer tagsüber kühl.
Das Tageslichtbad ist ziemlich geräumig und bietet genug Platz auch dort die Wäsche zu trocknen.
Die Einrichtung würde ich gerne an meinen Nachmieter übergeben.

Restaurants aller Art gibt es viele im direkten Umfeld. Der (meiner Meinung nach) beste Italiener der Stadt ist nur einen Block entfernt.
Von der Haltestelle Tharandter Straße (ca. 300m) kommt ihr super schnell in die Innenstadt oder an die Uni.
