Großes, sonniges Dachzimmer zur Zwischenmiete, für Paare geeignet

Lust auf Neustadt? Und trotzdem ruhig? Dann bist du hier richtig!

Hallo,

ich (30), Physikerin, suche eine/n Untermieter/in für das Wohn- und Gästezimmer unserer gemütlichen 2-Raum-Wohnung unterm Dach. Küche und Bad haben Fenster, und auch an Ausstattung ist alles Wichtige da (Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Küchenutensilien). Das Zimmer, das vermietet wird, ist voll ausgestattet: ein 140cm breites Bett, Schreibtisch, 2 Sofas, Esstisch, Schränke, ein paar Pflanzen. Es ist auch für Pärchen geeignet. Im Preis ist alles inbegriffen (Strom, Internet, Festnetztelefon mit Festnetz-Flatrate...). Das Zimmer wird vermietet, da mein Freund momentan im Ausland ist und ich beruflich für ein paar Monate in Berlin bin. Ich werde also ab und zu wochendends da sein und bewohne das zweite Zimmer, abgesehen davon hast du die Wohnung für dich. Falls der Zeitraum nicht ganz passt, können wir da gern drüber reden...

I provide the sunny room of our cosy 2-room appartment, as my boyfriend is living abroad and I am starting a new job that requires living in Berlin for about 3 months. Everything is fully equipped and suitable for somebody to walk in with nothing but a suitcase. I will be there occasionally on weekends during that time, so you have the appartment for yourself most of the time. If you need any help how to get around and what to see in Dresden I have a city map (in English) and as well as hiking maps of the surroundings. Lively Neustadt is right in front of the door, still the apartment is quiet. Suitable for couples.
