Da ich in eine größere Wohnung umziehe, suche ich für meine 1-Raum-Wohnung am Straßburger Platz ab Mitte (nach Absprache auch eher) Juli einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung schaut auf den begrünten Innenhof, auf dem sich Eichhörnchen und hin und wieder auch Hasen tummeln, und verfügt über einen großen Balkon. Sie ist originell geschnitten (siehe Grundriss). Das Bad ist klein aber schön, mit dunkelblauen und weißen Fliesen und reichlich Abstellfläche. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Kellerabteil.
Gerne möchte ich einige Möbel (alle Massivholz) und Geräte (Kühlschrank, Herd) gegen Aufpreis an den Nachmieter abgeben.
Waschmaschine und Trockner werden vom Vermieter (Gagfah Group) als Münzgeräte in einem Gemeinschaftsraum zur Verfügung gestellt. Kabelfernsehen ist seit Kurzem in der Miete inbegriffen.

I’m moving to a bigger apartment, therefore I’m searching for a next tenant for my 1-room apartment on Straßburger Platz. The flat will be free from the middle of Juli or even a bit earlier if you wish to move in before that time.
The apartment has a big balcony in the direction of green inner courtyard. The bathroom is small but very nice with white and dark blue tiles. To the apartment belongs also a room in the basement.
I would like to leave some of my furniture, oven and fridge in the flat.
Washing machine and dryer are coin machines and are placed in the 2nd floor. The cable TV is already included in the rent.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe dem Großen Garten und dem Fußballstadium. In zehn Minuten bist du zu Fuß in der Altstadt oder an der Elbe, in zwanzig im Szeneviertel Neustadt. Natürlich fahren am Straßburger Platz auch diverse Straßenbahnen (1,2,4,10,12,13) und die Radwege sind gut ausgebaut.

The apartment is located very close to Großer Garten and football stadium. In 10 minutes by walking you can reach the old city and also the Elbe river, in 20 minutes walking you are in the Neustadt. Of course from Straßburger Platz you will also find an excellent tram connections (trams 1,2,4,10,12,13) to a different part of the city. The bicycle roads are also well developed.
Bei Interesse freue ich mich über einen Anruf (abends und am Wochenende) oder eine E-Mail. Ein Besichtigungstermin lässt sich kurzfristig einrichten.
