The apartment is located 1st floor in our old Guest house, large room with bed, desk and chair and separat bathroom. You will have your private kitchen. Below is a foto with your kitchen that includes fridge, sink and stove. In past times the house was used to be an profesor house. We try to keep the old charme of this beautiful house. Additionally this apartment got a small kitchen to prepare meals for yourself. This fully equipped apartment is ideal for students/PhD-students/scientists, Main Campus of University and other institutes are located in walking distance. WiFi is included. You find a big desk and wardrobe, separate table, shelf and floor lamp. Minimum stay is 6 months. Washing machine is in the basement for the use of everybody in the house.
You are welcome to join a small international community of scientists staying in the house and is ready to welcome you in several languages.

It is situated in the TU Dresden Campus, Bus stop is across the street, distance from main station is 1 km, city centre is 2 km away. Shopping facilities are
also in the area. Students dining room (Mensa) is in walking distance 1 min. from the house. In the neighborhouse is a Kebab house. An ATM is 100m by foot, next supermarket is about 300m from the house.
There is a nice garden behind the house for common use for relaxing, drying laundry or have barbecue with friends.
It is easy to use bicycle in Dresden, in front of the house we have bicycle rack, a washing machine in the basement is for common use - for a small amount of 2 Euros.
As a student you can use the public transport such as trains and busses for free in Dresden. Easy to get around.
We dont charge a caution. The contract has to be signed before moving in and the first rent has to trasfered before moving in. After hand over the keys you will receive the registration form. In case 2 people will move in, we will charge 40 €/month more for the larger expenses in water, heating and so on.
