Von dort sind es ca. 2 Minuten zu den Straßenbahnlinien 9 und 13 und ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zur TU Dresden. Außerdem ist es sehr nahe am Einkaufsviertel von Wasaplatz und Supermarkt.
Auf der anderen Seite ist es in einem ruhigen und schönen Ort mit sehr schönen, komfortablen Umgebung.
Die Wohnung passt perfekt zu einer oder zwei Personen.
Als Bedingung werde ich die Wohnung verlassen, ohne die Wand zu bürsten, und auch die Wohnung ohne weitere Reinigung verlassen - alles wird genau so sein, wie es jetzt ist.
Darüber hinaus müssen wir bei Ihrem nächsten Besuch die Gebühren für unsere gebrauchten Möbel besprechen.

The described flat is located in Lenbachstraße 5, which is very quite area and near to Wasaplatz. From there, it is about 2 minutes away from Straßenbahn line 9 and 13, and about 20 minutes by walking to TU Dresden. Besides, it is very close to the shoping area of Wasaplatz and Supermarkt.
On the other hand, it is located in a quite and nice place wiht very nice convenient surrounding.
The flat perfectly fits to one or two persons.
As a condition, I will leave the flat without brushing the wall, and also leave the flat without further cleaning --- everything will be just like what it is right now.
Moreover, we have to discuss the fee of our used furniture during your next visiting.
