Hi guys,
I am planning to move out from my apartment soon, and I am looking for a new tenant. The apartment is located in a very nice area at the edge of Strehlen. It is fully furnished, I am selling the furniture for about 350 euros (but the price is up to negotiation). The furniture includes the following: a bed, a desk table, 2 chairs, a bathroom cabinet, a commode, three small commodes, a bookshelf, a shelf, and a cupboard. Furthermore there is an electric stove available in the kitchen (belongs to the apartment, not part of the furniture). There is a washing lounge in the building.

The apartment is easy to approach. There is a bus stop (line 66), and a tram stop (line 48 or 11) in a few minutes walk distance. There are two supermarkets very close to the building.
